Executive coaching
You haven't changed. Everything around you has. Now you're losing confidence in your own judgement.
Together, we'll make sense of what's yours, what isn't, and what you want to do about it.
When what used to work stops working
Maybe you’ve stepped into a bigger role. Or the organisation has changed around you. Perhaps you’re dealing with new stakeholders, different expectations, or politics you haven’t quite worked out yet.
Things that used to come naturally start taking more effort. You make a point in a meeting and it seems to go unheard. You start wondering why. You’re told you need more visibility, but nobody can tell you what that actually means. The role itself is ambiguous, so you’re trying to work out what good looks like while doing the job. Or you’ve been delivering for some time and still can’t understand why the next opportunity hasn’t come.
The hard part isn’t necessarily the work. It’s working out what’s actually going on.
What we might explore
You're given more responsibility, often with surprisingly little support for how to handle it. Leading people, delegating well and navigating peers can require a different way of working. What people expect from you, and how they respond to you, can change too. Because you're capable, everyone assumes you'll figure it out.
We can work out what this role needs from you, and how you want to step into it.
You can be good at what you do and still want something more, or simply something different. But the next move isn't always obvious or available. Maybe there's nowhere to be promoted to. Maybe leaving isn't realistic right now. Or perhaps there's more to get from where you are, if you approach it differently.
We can explore what you want, what choices you have, and how to make the most of where you are while creating more options for what comes next.
Reorganisations, new leaders and shifting priorities can leave you constantly adjusting. A new boss can bring different expectations, relationships change, and the unwritten rules can shift too. When so much is outside your control, it's easy to spend a lot of energy trying to make sense of it all.
We can separate what you can influence from what you can't, and work out where your energy is better spent.
What I bring to the conversation
Having been a senior leader in global organisations, I know first-hand what it’s like when the context around you changes. New expectations, shifting relationships, and competing demands that become harder to read than they once were.
My coaching combines that experience with psychological depth, informed by my continued study of psychology and behavioural science. I don’t believe there is one right way to lead, or that I have the answers for you. I’ll bring my experience, curiosity and perspective to help you find your own.

Ways to work together
1:1 Executive Coaching
Regular one-to-one coaching to think through what's happening, challenge your assumptions and work out what you want to do. You bring what matters, and we work with whatever emerges along the way.
Typically 6–12 months.
New Leader Coaching & Advisory
For senior leaders stepping into a new organisation or taking on a significantly bigger role. Alongside regular coaching, I'll be available as an adviser as situations arise, bringing my own experience and perspective to the table as you navigate the role, build key relationships and work out how you want to lead.
Tailored to the role, typically 6–12 months.
